It was then printed onto stretched canvas coated with one mm plus of rabbit skin gesso, then glued to MDF and backed with tin foil. I then worked onto the surface with a mixture of watercolour, gouache, egg tempera and oil paint, with much scratching and sanding. Each piece was an original work.Some of this work was sold at turn-berlin gallery, the remainder I attempted to take with me when I left Berlin. A lot was destroyed moving from Berlin to Liverpool as it was very heavy and I only had an ordinary van to move it, and even with two trips many had to be recycled.
